Proteinuria (Protein in Urine)
Proteinuria means that protein is spilling from you blood where it supposed to be into your urine where it is not supposed to be. If you are spilling a large amount of protein into your urine you may notice that your urine is really foamy or that you are starting to collect extra fluid. This could be because of long standing diabetes or hypertension. Alternatively it could be something completely different. Our doctors will work with you to figure out how much protein you are losing, why it’s happening, and what need to be done.

Glomerular Diseases
There are many disease that can a affect kidney function by damaging glomeruli. Glomeruli are the small working units of a kidney. About one million glomeruli put together make up one kidney. Your glomeruli are responsible for cleaning your blood and when not working properly toxins may build up in your blood and keep you from feeling your best. There are a multitude of diseases that can cause damage to glomeruli and our doctors will help figure out which one is causing damage to your kidneys and how best we can deal with it.

Hematuria (Blood in Urine)
Hematuria means that there is blood in your urine whether its visible to you or not. Blood in your urine can mean that you have kidney stones or something more serious.
